What’s the best way to start the process?

Go to our Contact page and fill out the form. Within 24 hours, we will respond to your request. We will likely have questions about your project - we need as much information as possible to get you an accurate quote.

Then what happens?

Depending on the scope of your project, we might need to visit your home in order to get some measurements, see site conditions, etc. Once we have all the information we need, we will create a price proposal, and likely some drawings.

We then send those to you for your approval. Once you decide, sign the proposal and send it back to us - we also typically ask for a deposit to get the project started.

We offer many payment options - including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or cashier’s checks.

How long until I receive my piece?

That depends greatly on the type of piece we are making for you. For simple, smaller items, allow 1-2 weeks. For larger, more complicated pieces, we’ll need 4-6 weeks to complete them. If your project has a deadline, you can let us know that on the Contact form. We also need to determine delivery options - are we able to ship your special piece, or will we need to deliver it? Perhaps you’d like to pick it up - whatever works best for you.

What is the guarantee on my project?

We design our pieces to last a lifetime. By using only the finest materials, solid joinery techniques, and premium finishes - we want your special piece to become an heirloom.
